Due to some of the recent firmware updates, some people might be experiencing missing icons. This is because of the icon locations changing. I am working on a fix but have limited time due to college starting back, but you can use the Icons.zip I have provided below to manually apply icons in PandaHome until I am able to release a fix. Thanks and sorry for the inconvenience . Sorry about the extra work but until I can find a fix this is the only way I know to change some of the icons.

Just download the zip containing the icons (If your downloading on your phone you will need the free app called Astro and slide the icons at the top and go to Pref then enable browser downloads to be able to download the zip and then open).

For PandaHome either click the theme from the menu then edit or modify the icon directly from your home screen by long-pressing on the icon then going to modify icon. Now just choose the icon you want and you should now have the correct icon.
